About the Role
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition. • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or transfer. • Stock materials and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse. • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely, including mounting/dismounting. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials. • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards. • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. • Follow all safety policies, use PPE, and comply with equipment procedures.

What You Bring
IES Residential is hiring a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate for its Austin, TX location. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced setting and be capable of performing physical tasks throughout the day. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred. • Pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening. • Possess a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record. • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Self‑motivated, punctual, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
