About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. Their duties include assessing customers' storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, performing daily unit inspections to ensure readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminder and collection calls. Physical requirements involve lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and conducting cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior grounds

What You Bring
Candidates should have customer‑service sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service‑based roles and must hold a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement available.
