About the Role
Day Porter and General Cleaner duties involve standard custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and other sanitation responsibilities assigned by a supervisor. Floor Tech responsibilities add floor stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, operating and maintaining floor care equipment, and moving furniture like desks and chairs as needed. • Perform custodial duties: trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping. • Strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors using specialized equipment and maintain floor care tools. • Move and arrange furniture such as desks, tables, and chairs as needed. • Work part‑time evenings (4–8 pm or 5–9 pm) or full‑time mornings (6:30 am‑3 pm), Monday‑Friday.
