What You Bring
Candidates must be able to commute to the Reston office, be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to real estate, construction management, business, architecture, engineering, or urban planning, and be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation and a commitment to a full‑time schedule are required. • Intern in Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Experience. • Commute to the Brookfield Residential office in Reston, VA. • Enroll in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Communicate effectively and work well within a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Possess reliable transportation for daily commuting.
