About the Role

The assistant provides administrative support including meeting scheduling, expense reporting, shipping, filing, catering orders, and other similar tasks. They also manage the online store, maintain the photography database, support special projects, and sustain vendor relationships. • Schedule meetings, manage expense reports, handle shipping, filing, and catering orders. • Oversee the online Kimley‑Horn store, select items, maintain inventory reports, and resolve issues. • Upload, label, and organize photos in the OpenAsset database. • Support special projects by sourcing gifts, editing spreadsheets, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality. • Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors such as printers and suppliers. • Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, peers, and leaders.
