About the Role

As a Minor Project Manager in Integrated Facilities Management, you will lead on‑site operations, overseeing minor works, asset upgrades, space fit‑outs, MEP enhancements, infrastructure revamps, and compliance upgrades. You will develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, cost, procurement, risk, and quality, while maintaining accurate documentation such as drawings, BOQs, schedules, change orders, and close‑out reports. Stakeholder management is a core responsibility; you will engage with Real Estate, Facility Management, Security, Food Services, IT, EHS, and Business Units to translate business needs into technical briefs, provide regular updates, secure approvals, and facilitate walkthroughs and sign‑offs. Vendor management includes sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing contractors, consultants, and OEMs in line with company policies. You will evaluate proposals, negotiate commercially, monitor performance, ensure safety compliance, and validate invoices against milestones and deliverables. Engineering and design coordination requires reviewing architectural, civil, MEP, and interior design drawings, working with design consultants and in‑house engineers to resolve spatial or system conflicts, and using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit for mark‑ups and validation. Sustainability and compliance considerations will be integrated into project designs. You will maintain client trust by managing relationships proactively, ensuring on‑time and within‑budget project completion with minimal disruption, and delivering accurate documentation, risk mitigation plans, and safety reports. Financial responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, and overseeing commercial contracts. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of minor works, asset upgrades, fit‑outs, and compliance upgrades. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, procurement strategies, and risk registers. • Manage project documentation including drawings, BOQs, schedules, change orders, and close‑out reports. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery with minimal business disruption. • Engage internal stakeholders (Real Estate, FM, IT, EHS, etc.) and provide regular project updates. • Source, onboard, and oversee contractors, consultants, and OEMs, ensuring performance, safety, and invoice validation. • Review and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, and interior design drawings; resolve design conflicts using CAD tools. • Ensure financial control of budgets, accurate forecasting, and commercial contract management. • Promote teamwork, coach staff, and uphold JLL’s “I am JLL” core behaviours.
