Senior Project Manager Civil/Fit out
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil and interior fit‑out projects.

About the Role
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures and track milestones. • Conduct feasibility studies, site readiness assessments and prepare method statements. • Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes and ensure design alignment. • Oversee civil works including structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, cladding and painting in compliance with IS codes and NBC India. • Supervise interior fit‑out activities such as joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall treatments and soft finishes. • Manage sample approvals, mock‑ups, material submittals, finish schedules, snag lists and project close‑outs. • Lead subcontractor and supplier performance, resolve site conflicts and allocate workforce. • Liaise with client representatives, architects and consultants; conduct weekly progress reviews. • Enforce EHS and site safety standards, including PPE, risk assessments and toolbox talks. • Secure statutory approvals and ensure adherence to municipal regulations. • Maintain daily logs, measurement books, RFI/RFP trackers, as‑built drawings and handover documentation. • Implement quality control plans, conduct inspections and oversee commissioning and defect liability follow‑up.

What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced Civil & Interior Project professional to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of high‑end finish projects. The role covers civil finishes, interior works, cost and schedule control, vendor management and compliance with quality and safety standards, requiring hands‑on site leadership and strong stakeholder communication across multi‑site commercial projects. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or a diploma with strong experience) and 10+ years of civil and interior project experience in commercial, retail, hospitality or high‑end residential sectors.
