About the Role
Downer plans, creates, and sustains essential public services across Australia and New Zealand, managing critical infrastructure such as hospitals, data centres, and defence facilities. The company prides itself on a high‑performance culture, commitment to diversity, and delivering integrated services that keep communities thriving. • Work closely with HOTO Manager to facilitate the HOTO Plan/Checklist requirements. • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure HOTO deliverables meet the schedule. • Review HOTO documentation for quality and Defence compliance. • Assist in developing and updating Operation and Maintenance Manuals. • Serve as Defence Estate Data SME and primary contact for GDLS data deliverables. • Address subcontractor queries and data corrections. • Provide data training (ERIM) and mentoring for RRJV personnel and subcontractors.

What You Bring
• Hold or be able to obtain an NV1 Government Security Clearance. • Possess qualifications or experience in at least two areas such as Business Analytics, Technical Engineering, Maintenance/Financial Data, SAP Data Creation, Geospatial Information, Defence Estate Information Creation, or Data Modelling. • Demonstrate knowledge of Engineering, Asset Management, and Maintenance requirements from Estate Data. • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail. • Advanced dataset manipulation using Asset Databases and Microsoft Excel (WebFM advantageous). • Excellent written and verbal communication, including interpersonal skills.
