About the Role
The Business & Integration Leader will drive digital transformation across construction and enterprise systems. The role influences strategy, guides complex integrations, and mentors others at the intersection of business and technology. Solutions delivered will support field operations, vendor collaboration, and overall enterprise efficiency. In this position you will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, construction operations, Business Systems, and IT, defining and governing integration needs for Oracle EnterpriseOne and SaaS platforms such as BuildPro. You will lead end‑to‑end process and integration analysis, translate strategic objectives into prioritized functional and technical requirements, and partner with architecture teams to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and resilience. You will also provide thought leadership during production support, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and shape modernization efforts that migrate legacy capabilities to cloud‑based services. You will collaborate across Business Systems, IT, operations, and external partners to identify integration opportunities, evaluate trade‑offs, and recommend cost‑effective solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing configuration of core construction systems, assessing third‑party platforms for integration readiness, championing automation initiatives, establishing data‑quality rules and cleansing processes, and ensuring robust logging, monitoring, and run‑books. You will lead UAT strategy, coordinate regression testing, translate stakeholder feedback into road‑maps, and mentor junior analysts to promote best practices. • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, construction operations, Business Systems, and IT for ERP (Oracle EnterpriseOne) and SaaS integrations. • Lead end‑to‑end business process and integration analysis, documenting complex workflows and data flows. • Translate strategy into prioritized functional and technical integration requirements. • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to validate scalable, resilient solutions. • Lead production‑support root‑cause analysis, issue prioritization, and cross‑team resolution. • Drive continuous improvement of integration standards, documentation, and governance. • Define future‑state requirements and migration strategies for legacy‑to‑cloud transitions. • Oversee configuration and enhancement of core construction systems (scheduling, master data, ERP interfaces). • Evaluate in‑house and third‑party platforms for integration readiness and data quality. • Champion automation initiatives, develop business cases, and measure outcomes. • Establish data‑quality rules, schemas, and lead data cleansing and deduplication efforts. • Lead UAT strategy, impact assessments, regression testing, and validation against business expectations. • Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and brings 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in ERP integration/support roles. A strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP and/or Oracle EnterpriseOne), APIs, REST/SOAP services, ETL/middleware, FTP batch integration, SQL, XML/JSON, and data‑mapping concepts is required. Preferred experience includes working with Hyphen Solutions platforms (BuildPro/SupplyPro) or similar construction management systems, exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), and proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake. Familiarity with DevOps practices, monitoring tools, data‑governance standards, ERP upgrades, RPA, and construction purchase‑order workflows is also valued. • 10–15 years experience in business/systems analysis and ERP integration (SAP/Oracle EnterpriseOne). • Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, ETL, FTP batch, SQL, XML/JSON, and data‑mapping concepts. • Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field. • Experience with BuildPro/SupplyPro, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) – preferred. • Familiarity with DevOps, monitoring tools, data‑governance, RPA, and construction purchase‑order workflows – preferred.
