About the Role
The Senior Programme Manager will provide end‑to‑end leadership across the programme lifecycle, intervening at critical points that require specialist expertise or recovery leadership. Acting as a trusted partner and critical friend, the role places stakeholder engagement and clear communication at the heart of programme success. • Lead execution of small to medium transformation/real estate programmes and support large‑scale programme elements. • Define programme direction, inspire and empower teams. • Apply industry‑best‑practice programme management methodologies, especially in real estate. • Engage senior client‑side managers, suppliers and other stakeholders across middle and senior levels. • Manage people, developing internal talent and client teams. • Ensure governance, risk and compliance, including commission and SOX controls where applicable. • Oversee financial management with transparent reporting. • Implement health and safety measures to mitigate programme‑wide risks.

What You Bring
• Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management in real estate. • Proven experience with portfolio/programme management processes and systems. • Knowledge of procurement methods and contract forms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field; professional membership desirable.
