About the Role

The Field Technician III provides support in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures. The role requires adherence to company and industry standards, accurate documentation, and the ability to lead a crew when needed. • Lead a Field Crew • Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner • Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.) • Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD • Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications • Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work • Review peer work product • Update equipment office records and installation specifications accurately "as built"

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, delivers high‑quality work, enjoys problem‑solving, and seeks long‑term projects. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred), at least 21 years of age, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in the cell‑tower industry. • Read and understand a customer detail plan • Safety-focused daily work habits • Consistently high-quality workmanship • Strong problem‑solving and hands‑on approach • High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred • 5+ years general construction experience; cell‑tower experience highly preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team‑player skills • Minimum age 21, valid driver’s license, clean driving record • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless networks • Commissioning and integration experience required • Mobile Access Certification a plus • Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment • Ability to lead crews in foreman’s absence; DC/AC electrical skills • Manual dexterity for ladder work and ability to lift 50 lb., work up to 12 hours • Availability for weekends, nights, extreme weather, extensive travel, and out‑of‑market assignments

Compensation ranges from $25‑$28 per hour based on experience.
