About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, works with the Community Manager, and is responsible for service requests, preventive maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. • Attend on‑site daily and coordinate resident/management work orders. • Perform repairs and replacements for common areas and units. • Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify and correct hazards. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and OSHA‑compliant. • Conduct hazard communications training and promote safe work practices. • Participate in unit inspections and on‑call emergency response. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and work status. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under Community Manager direction. • Monitor staff work progress, provide coaching, and contribute to performance evaluations. • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely request turnaround. • Uphold community policies and present a favorable image to residents and the public.

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC desired), basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA, and reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.
