About the Role
The Project Quality Manager reports to the Quality Manager and oversees an integrated quality program that covers engineering and design, right‑of‑way, and construction phases. The role also supports corporate assignments as directed. Key responsibilities include auditing all corporate support services, engineering, design, and construction activities such as pipelines, pump stations, marine terminals, meter stations and storage tanks; managing the closure of non‑conformances and corrective actions; developing and maintaining project quality management plans, reports and procedures; conducting gap analyses of client quality requirements; and interfacing with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. The manager will also maintain QHSE databases, highlight trends, facilitate lessons‑learned sessions, communicate findings across the organization, and participate in or lead the QHSE steering committee to promote a healthy company culture. Travel may be required based on project needs or corporate assignments. • Audit engineering, design, and construction activities against workflow processes. • Manage closure of non‑conformances and corrective actions. • Develop and maintain project quality management plans, reports, and procedures. • Perform gap analysis of client quality requirements and stakeholder expectations. • Interface with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. • Update and monitor QHSE databases, highlighting trends and required actions. • Facilitate lessons‑learned sessions and disseminate findings organization‑wide. • Participate in or lead the QHSE steering committee to foster a healthy culture. • Travel to project sites or corporate assignments as needed. • Operate under deadlines while adhering to internal and external requirements.

What You Bring
Qualifications include 10+ years of quality experience in construction projects, particularly pipeline, power, oil or gas sectors, and knowledge of standard quality practices such as nondestructive examination, fabrication, and documentation reviews. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, critical‑thinking, and the ability to meet deadlines while upholding safety and ethical standards. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with certifications like ISO, NACE or nondestructive examination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is required. The work environment is a typical office setting with occasional lifting up to 10 lb and travel for client meetings or site visits. • Require 10+ years of quality experience in pipeline, power, oil, or gas projects. • Possess knowledge of nondestructive examination, fabrication, and documentation reviews. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Maintain attention to detail, critical‑thinking, and troubleshooting abilities. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ISO, NACE, and NDE certifications advantageous. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
