About the Role
• Lead structural engineer for various building types and construction methods. • Provide technical input and expertise on studies and structural designs. • Train and mentor junior staff on design, constructability, and methodologies. • Communicate and present complex technical solutions to clients. • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. • Perform quality control reviews and sign off on work produced by others. • Develop technical proposals, including engineering budget and schedule estimates. • Review permitting agency standards, regulations, and client design standards for compliance. • Organize workload and work independently under supervision on project-specific tasks.

What You Bring
US citizenship is required for this role, and sponsorship for employment authorization is not available. Relocation assistance is offered to qualified candidates. • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience. • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering. • US citizenship required. • Recent experience with Buildings and Facilities design projects. • Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, RISA). • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred. • Preferred 10 years of experience in full‑cycle building structural design on large, complex projects. • Ability to work hybrid model (2 days per week in Atlanta office).
