About the Role
As a Sales Advisor you will learn and grow within a supportive team that cares about both the company and its customers. Your daily duties include presenting and selling Reliance’s home‑comfort products and services to new and existing customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and keeping the CRM platform up‑to‑date. You will also collaborate with teammates to ensure a high‑quality customer experience. • Present and sell Reliance home‑comfort products and services to new and existing customers. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. • Update and maintain information in the CRM platform. • Participate in weekly practice and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills. • Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.

What You Bring

At least two years of proven B2C residential sales experience, strong communication skills, excellent organization and time‑management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences are required.
