About the Role
We are seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to support a market‑leading team of brokers at a top global real estate services firm. The role involves executing work related to commercial real estate transactions and client deliverables. The individual must be a collaborative team player with a can‑do mindset and will participate in regular business and team meetings as needed to understand and facilitate client goals. • Support content creation timelines and transaction cycles • Coordinate with marketing, research, and finance departments • Provide sales, marketing, and transaction support • Manage client relationships alongside brokers • Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables • Liaise with internal functional groups to gather information for marketing materials • Attend strategy sessions to generate innovative pursuit ideas • Schedule appointments and arrange accommodations for internal and external clients • Act as primary contact for client requests • Conduct research, property searches, and site selections • Produce market documents, tour books, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral • Compile client activity reports • Coordinate property tour logistics with brokers and licensed professionals • Update broker website content and social media • Develop budgets for broker projects • Manage vendor services such as photography and aerial imaging • Organize events including open houses and industry gatherings • Administer marketing schedules and e‑communications • Maintain CRM database with new leads, opportunities, and project codes • Generate and run CRM reports • Prepare and collect deal documents; follow up on execution • Process broker expense reports • Coordinate legal review and approval of agreements • Create and approve deal sheets per listing agreements • Follow deal management processes and submit required documentation • Track outstanding balances in CRM for brokers • Populate and maintain internal and external listing databases • Enter new listings with property details and availability

What You Bring
This multifaceted role requires strong organizational and project‑management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. The Brokerage Coordinator will be trained and developed to become highly proficient with internal systems and technologies, including Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe applications. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Possess 3+ years of marketing or related experience • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, including copy editing • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite • Detail‑oriented, self‑starter, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
