About the Role

In this role you will complete assembly of complex standard products, including tubing layout, pipe bending, and sawing as needed. You will mount motors, use power and hand tools, set up and level unit bases with a laser level, and install perimeter angles, walls, roofs and roof trim. Reading blueprints, shop floor viewer drawings, and MMIB manuals guides you to verify components, detect defects, and prepare packages for shipment. • Assemble complex standard products following prescribed procedures, including tubing layout, pipe bending, and sawing. • Mount motors onto packages using power and hand tools, ensuring accurate fit and alignment per blueprints. • Set up and level unit bases with a laser level; install perimeter angles, walls, roofs, and roof trim. • Perform finish caulking according to construction manuals and verify correct component installation. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop floor viewer instructions; retrieve work instructions from the MMIB manual. • Detect and report material or part defects; maintain labor and production records. • Prepare packages for shipment by tagging units and handling materials as required. • Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards and participate in Kaizen events and problem‑solving activities. • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and JHRA guidelines.

What You Bring

The position requires standing, sitting, or walking an 8‑hour shift with no lifting over 35 lb and frequent reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and fine manipulation. Work hours are 2 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday, with training on the first‑shift schedule of 6 am to 2 pm. You will maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S standards and participate in Kaizen events and problem‑solving exercises. • Stand, sit, or walk 8‑hour shifts; lift ≤35 lb; perform frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and fine manipulation.
