About the Role
The role is responsible for managing the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, orderliness, and compliance with association policies, and providing strong communication and customer service. It also verifies licenses, insurances, and permits for service providers and contractors through the management office. Key duties include keeping the receiving office locked and unattended, preventing blockages, scheduling freight elevator use for resident moves, registering all deliveries, issuing parking and ID passes, and monitoring contractor activity via logs. The employee must report problems to the supervisor, complete required reports, follow all safety precautions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Keep the receiving area office locked and never unattended. • Never allow the receiving area to be blocked. • Schedule freight elevator usage for resident moves in advance, following Association policy. • Register all deliveries and packages from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and registered mail. • Issue parking passes to all approved vehicles. • Register and distribute ID passes to contractors. • Monitor the entry and exit of service and maintenance contractors using logs. • Verify licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors. • Enforce parking regulations and Association rules. • Report all problems to the supervisor, including issues outside the scope of responsibility. • Complete required reports and ensure all safety precautions are followed. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience with receiving is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with effective written and verbal abilities. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
