About the Role

The Field Installation Project Manager reports to the Manager of 3rd Eye Installations and works within the Sales and Marketing department. This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, documenting, and communicating all aspects of service and installation projects, while ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Key duties include developing detailed project timelines, resource and equipment requirements, and holding team members accountable to meet schedule and quality targets. The manager communicates status, issues, and resolutions both verbally and electronically to internal stakeholders and external customers, and provides daily metrics and status updates. • Plan, budget, schedule, and oversee service and installation projects. • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to internal stakeholders and customers. • Develop detailed timelines, resource and equipment plans, and enforce team accountability. • Create and analyze reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, JDE, and Salesforce. • Guide Project Analyst in report development and track daily project metrics. • Improve service processes and support costing, pricing, and finance closing activities.

What You Bring

The position requires strong analytical abilities and extensive use of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, JDE, and Salesforce to produce reports and support decision‑making. It also involves guiding the Project Analyst, improving service processes, and supporting costing, pricing, and finance activities as needed. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) and have 1–2 years of project management experience. They should possess very strong Microsoft Office skills, be proficient with Salesforce and JDE (preferred), and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and cross‑functional teamwork abilities. • Travel up to 25% for project site visits. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–2 years of project management experience. • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Experience with Salesforce (and Field Service) and JDE preferred. • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work cross‑functionally, and exercise sound judgment.
