About the Role

As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will act as the strategic business leader for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across a city or cluster of sites. You will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and deliver value‑focused services that meet or exceed client expectations. You will be the single point of contact for the IFM function, leading JLL account‑based management and service delivery teams. In partnership with GREF leadership, you will set delivery strategies, annual goals and governance processes, while maintaining deep knowledge of client requirements and stakeholder relationships. Your day‑to‑day duties include launching initiatives that raise the bar on customer experience, conducting regular business reviews, managing operational and capital budgets, and achieving targets for revenue, expenses, debtor collections, savings and key performance indicators. • Serve as single point of contact for IFM business function across assigned city/cluster. • Lead JLL account‑based management and service delivery teams. • Collaborate with GREF leadership to set IFM delivery strategies and annual goals. • Develop deep understanding of client business requirements and manage stakeholder relationships. • Drive “raising the bar” initiatives to improve customer experience. • Establish business governance processes and conduct regular performance reviews with GREF leadership. • Oversee operational and capital budgets, managing P&L for the region. • Achieve targets for revenue, expenses, debtor collections, savings and KPI performance. • Build and nurture stakeholder relationships with strong interpersonal skills. • Perform under pressure while meeting business targets and objectives.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Business Management and at least eight years of corporate experience with proven business‑leadership ability. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to perform under pressure. Preferred candidates have experience with multinational corporations, facilities‑management or real‑estate services, and a background in GREF operations, continuous‑improvement methodologies, budget reporting and P&L accountability. A track record of revenue growth and cost optimization is a plus. • Hold a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Business Management. • Minimum 8 years of corporate experience with proven business‑leadership ability. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and objective decision‑making skills. • Exhibit good leadership with ability to manage large teams. • Communicate effectively and manage client relationships. • Preferred: Experience with multinational corporate organizations and facilities management. • Preferred: Background in GREF operations and continuous‑improvement methodologies. • Preferred: Proven track record of revenue growth and cost optimization in service delivery.
