About the Role

• Plan and manage all aspects of small‑to‑medium single‑discipline or large routine projects. • Independently coordinate professional staff and balance the team throughout project development. • Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct agency compliance reviews and participate in governing‑agency meetings. • Lead design‑development work sessions and prepare contract documents with staff. • Coordinate workload across the project lifecycle to ensure on‑schedule document delivery. • Track project finances and adjust effort to stay within schedule and budget parameters. • Collaborate with business/accounting managers, project controllers, department managers, and senior leadership for project reviews.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include a professional license or certification, PMP certification, and design experience. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, a minimum of two years in project management, strong organizational, project‑management and communication skills, and a commitment to our employee‑owned culture.
