About the Role

At AAON in Tulsa, OK, the National Parts Operations Manager leads the National Parts team, overseeing order entry, packing list creation, call‑center management, and coordination with shipping, production, purchasing, and credit to ensure timely product shipment. The role involves training and developing the team, directing sales forecasting, reviewing market analyses, preparing sales reports, monitoring competition, seeking new account opportunities, promoting AAON product lines, managing pricing and sales distribution, and acting as liaison between sales and related units. Critical tasks include daily processing and adjustment of parts orders, generating air‑freight documents, operating credit‑card machines, printing packing lists, maintaining customer satisfaction through issue resolution, demonstrating technical expertise, and keeping management informed of account status.
