About the Role
At AAON in Tulsa, OK, the National Parts Operations Manager leads the National Parts team, overseeing order entry, packing list creation, call‑center management, and coordination with shipping, production, purchasing, and credit to ensure timely product shipment. The role involves training and developing the team, directing sales forecasting, reviewing market analyses, preparing sales reports, monitoring competition, seeking new account opportunities, promoting AAON product lines, managing pricing and sales distribution, and acting as liaison between sales and related units. Critical tasks include daily processing and adjustment of parts orders, generating air‑freight documents, operating credit‑card machines, printing packing lists, maintaining customer satisfaction through issue resolution, demonstrating technical expertise, and keeping management informed of account status. Important tasks cover advising customers on equipment purchases, consulting on specifications, coordinating advertising and service programs, developing and promoting sales and service initiatives, and controlling sales programs across manufactured goods and technical services. • Manage National Parts team, overseeing order entry, packing list creation, and call center operations. • Coordinate with shipping, production, purchasing, and credit to ensure timely shipments. • Train and develop team members; set performance goals based on sales forecasts. • Analyze market data, monitor competition, and identify new account opportunities. • Promote AAON product lines, manage pricing, and align sales distribution. • Process daily parts orders, adjust as needed, and generate air‑freight shipping documents. • Resolve customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain satisfaction. • Advise customers on equipment selection and specifications. • Develop and execute sales and service programs, including advertising initiatives.

What You Bring
