About the Role

As a Branch Manager you will manage and supervise branch staff, oversee all branch operations, and ensure company procedures are followed. You will communicate with sales representatives, customers, and administrative personnel to provide top‑level service and resolve serious installation or service issues, while enforcing health‑and‑safety standards and documenting site incidents. Collaboration with other branches is essential for knowledge sharing, planning promotional activities, and meeting collective goals. What You Bring

Candidates must have eight or more years of experience in the home‑improvement industry, at least five years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
