Pricing Analyst I

About the Role

• Analyze pricing data and prepare reports for management decisions. • Use basic statistics to assess impact of price changes on sales and profit. • Maintain customer master data in ERP system. • Respond to pricing inquiries and support issue resolution. • Gather and organize data from systems (SAP, Salesforce) for reporting. • Build simple dashboards and reports using Excel or Power BI. • Prepare clear data‑driven reports and presentations for stakeholders. • Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and support process improvements. • Deliver insights that improve pricing accuracy and profitability. • Build strong partnerships across teams and influence decision‑making. • Streamline pricing processes and enhance data quality. • Ask questions to understand and grow within the role.

Regal Rexnord promotes an inclusive workforce and provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, or pricing methodologies (including internships or school projects). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Critical thinker with drive for continuous improvement. • Basic business understanding and willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Excellent automation knowledge, Excel skills, and ability to manipulate data to solve complex problems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building, for cross‑functional teams. • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving. • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus. • Apply curiosity, rigor, and a strategic mindset to analyses.
