About the Role
In this role you will work to improve customer satisfaction by handling both internal and external complaints. You will lead systematic root‑cause investigations, develop corrective and preventive action plans, and coordinate rapid containment measures to minimise impact on customer operations. • Implement and enforce Non‑Conformance Management and Customer Care Response processes. • Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving for non‑conformances. • Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of investigations and findings. • Ensure timely completion of Non‑Conformance Reports. • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve complaints. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

What You Bring
The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams, regular communication of status updates, and thorough documentation of investigations and findings. All activities must comply with Hitachi Energy’s non‑conformance and customer‑care response processes as well as applicable regulations. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Possess at least 1 year of experience in customer quality management or a related role. • Demonstrate strong skills in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning. • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Be proficient in data analysis and quality‑management systems.
