The role shapes and enhances the HR service delivery model by designing and implementing digital HR solutions, applying best practice to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and drive efficiency. It works across HR to strengthen governance and deliver a best-in-class employee experience. • Deliver savings through process re-engineering, aiming to double salary minimums. • Enhance service delivery with a customer-first approach. • Align global services to a one-best-way model. • Advance HR service model maturity via digital design and process optimisation. • Manage development and implementation of HR technologies and standardised processes. • Improve efficiency, governance and colleague experience through continuous improvement and clear operational guidance. • Partner across HR to deliver integrated, sustainable, compliant solutions. • Deliver improvements using Oracle and ServiceNow platforms. • Develop modern HR blueprints, SOPs, and hold a relevant HR or business degree. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment and wellbeing. • Create opportunity – foster a continuous improvement culture and inspire people to develop.
