About the Role
In this role you will contribute to pre‑construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for projects of varying size and scope. You will become familiar with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Kimley‑Horn’s and client standards, and you will evaluate development proposals for zoning compliance while coordinating with municipal and state agencies. • Contribute to pre‑construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects. • Solve complex problems and assist project managers across disciplines. • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and internal standards. • Evaluate development proposals for zoning compliance. • Prepare planning and land‑use studies. • Coordinate with municipal and state agencies.

What You Bring
