About the Role

The Finance Analyst supports plant operations and corporate financial planning by providing accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis. This role translates operational metrics into financial insights, identifies opportunities for margin improvement, and ensures alignment between plant-level activities and organizational objectives. It also contributes to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system transitions to strengthen financial accuracy and decision‑making. Primary duties include developing and maintaining plant‑level financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with operations and finance leadership, analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and building financial models for production costing, margin analysis, and scenario planning. The analyst provides timely variance analysis during monthly close, partners with operations to turn performance metrics into actionable insights, supports annual budgeting, and assists with system transition activities. The work environment is primarily office‑based with periodic visits to manufacturing facilities, exposing the employee to typical factory conditions such as noise, dust, and temperature variations. What You Bring

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and at least seven years of finance experience, including roughly four years in financial planning & analysis or manufacturing. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred, and experience with ERP systems and financial modeling is strongly desired. Key knowledge, skills, and abilities include strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. The analyst must be an independent problem‑solver who can thrive in fast‑paced environments and collaborate across multiple teams. Benefits

The company provides competitive compensation and a robust benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, health insurance with HSAs, profit sharing or an annual incentive plan, a bonus premium, and a 401(k) plan. Pay range is $89,458 – $121,031.
