About the Role
The Building Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a new residential mixed‑use development in Sydney, ensuring that the property runs smoothly and that residents receive high‑quality service. • Oversee daily operations of the residential mixed‑use development • Maintain and enhance resident relationships • Conduct regular building inspections and coordinate repairs • Obtain quotes and manage contractor engagements • Identify and address non‑compliance or risk issues • Review and enforce operational procedures to ensure service quality • Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance • Deliver accurate reporting using MS Office tools
