About the Role

As a Utility Tech you will maintain a high‑end office space by vacuuming conference rooms, private offices and hallways, performing high/low dusting, polishing stainless steel, cleaning glass surfaces, wiping down common areas, and assisting with bathrooms, kitchenettes and general cleaning as needed. • Vacuum conference rooms, private offices, and hallways using an IVAC. • Perform high and low dusting, polish stainless steel, and clean glass surfaces. • Wipe down common areas and open workspaces. • Assist with bathroom and kitchenette cleaning and general all‑purpose tasks.

What You Bring

We are seeking candidates with prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience; floor‑tech experience is a plus.
