About the Role
The Groundsperson is responsible for routine and special general labor tasks that keep the property’s grounds clean and well‑maintained. Duties include basic landscaping, overall cleanliness, transporting tools and supplies, and removing and reinstalling trash dumpsters, as well as any additional projects assigned by the leader. • Perform routine and special general labor assignments. • Maintain property grounds, including basic landscaping and cleanliness. • Transport tools, materials, and supplies as needed. • Remove and reinstall trash dumpsters.

What You Bring
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of grounds or general‑labor experience—training will be provided.
