What You Bring

Candidates should possess relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field, with preferred advanced qualifications and a record of sourcing and contract experience, strong negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, business, or related technical/analytical field • MBA and CPSM or other supply chain certification preferred • Five years of supply chain experience with a focus on sourcing • Three years of contract formation knowledge and experience • Negotiation and project management skills preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience with purchasing and sourcing systems • Demonstrated customer service, strong interpersonal and relationship skills • Ability to attend meetings in various locations, up to 20% travel; driver's license required • Utility Demand Side Management (DSM) experience preferred • Marketing Category Management support experience preferred • High‑volume contract negotiation experience preferred
