About the Role
The role provides the highest level of customer service by collaborating with the Sales team—including Sales Directors, Regional Managers, Account Specialists, and Sr. Account Specialists—to support quotes, scheduling, order entry, and other transactions for an assigned region. Responsibilities include managing quoted customers, maintaining pricing trends, and communicating pertinent information across functional teams. • Manage quoted customers for the assigned region. • Prioritize incoming emails and tasks to meet deadlines. • Proactively communicate relevant information with cross‑functional teams and supervisors. • Maintain basic pricing trends within the assigned region. • Collaborate with the Sales Support Specialist on master data requests. • Provide clear communication and support to customers. • Ensure compliance with reasonable accommodation policies for individuals with disabilities.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of general administrative support and two years of customer service experience, and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. Advanced organizational skills, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadline pressure are essential; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. • Utilize basic Power BI and Microsoft Suite skills to support sales activities. • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Possess at least one year of general administrative support and two years of customer service experience. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite. • Exhibit strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure of deadlines. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. • Work effectively in a team environment and interface interdepartmentally.
