About the Role

The role involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the warehouse and shipping dock areas, and handling pallets, bins, racks, and shelves. Employees perform these tasks manually or by using material‑moving devices, ensuring that sales and work orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Timely delivery of materials to assembly cells is also a key responsibility. Team members must adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures, read packing lists, receive and inspect inbound shipments, and accurately match materials to work orders. They are responsible for stocking, retrieving, and maintaining inventory in a clean and safe environment, as well as loading and unloading trucks and delivering supplies to manufacturing. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and all actions must comply with corporate, plant, and departmental policies. • Load and unload trucks safely following Terex safety policies. • Move materials manually or with equipment within warehouse and shipping dock areas. • Pick, pack, and ship sales and work orders accurately. • Deliver materials on time to assembly cells. • Read packing lists, receive and inspect inbound materials, and match items to work orders. • Stock, retrieve, and maintain inventory in clean, safe conditions. • Operate overhead crane and forklift after training. • Apply problem‑solving skills and common tool knowledge.

What You Bring

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications are experience using Microsoft Office and prior warehouse work, as well as the ability to learn overhead crane and forklift operation. Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of common tools are also valued.
