Perform commercial HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and documentation.

About the Role
• Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and system performance through observation, testing, and setup. • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. • Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. • Complete electronic documentation of service tasks, materials, and labor hours. • Explain service charges and work performed to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain inventory stock on the service vehicle. • Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly time sheets for supervisor review.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; chiller experience a plus. • Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications. • Valid EPA certification and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) license. • Pass a drug screening and possess a clean driver’s license with good driving record. • Proficient with gauges, meters, and measuring instruments. • Strong communication skills with peers, supervisors, and customers.
