About the Role

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Provide strategic cost advice and oversee budget control across multiple geographies. • Conduct financial reporting, including cash‑flow forecasting, cost‑variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments. • Maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance. • Manage project risks, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and align practices with international standards. • Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective cross‑cultural collaboration. • Drive continuous improvement in cost‑management practices to enhance project and business performance.
