About the Role

• Conduct marketing tours, open and prepare viewing apartments, and showcase model homes and amenities. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails each morning. • Convert inbound calls into foot traffic and schedule viewings. • Lead prospective resident tours with enthusiasm reflecting the Weidner approach. • Facilitate application completion at the end of each tour. • Review and process applications immediately upon receipt. • Communicate application results to applicants in a timely, respectful manner. • Guide approved applicants through the Weidner move-in experience. • Track and follow up on leads in the leasing pipeline. • Monitor competing properties monthly and implement daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Maintain clean, market-ready apartments, common areas, and amenities to quality standards. • Assist with lease renewals to promote resident retention. • Keep the leasing office tidy, organized, and professionally presented.

What You Bring

The consultant must manage marketing tours, keep apartments and common areas move-in ready, and coordinate applications, renewals, and move-in experiences in alignment with Weidner’s standards. Strong time-management, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. Applicants should have prior customer-service experience, be comfortable using Microsoft Office and property-management software, and possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Reliability, professional appearance, and adherence to Fair Housing and company policies are required. • Demonstrated customer-service experience. • Ability to work safely, efficiently, and in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and in-person. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Yardi, Paycom, or other software. • Consistent attendance, professional dress code, and proper appearance. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, including occasional after-hours. • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation.
