About the Role
Key responsibilities include supporting technical design briefs, analyzing designs, reviewing MEP specifications, interpreting contracts, and leading commercial negotiations with vendors. You will lead a team, supervise and coordinate on‑site MEP construction activities, redesign drawings and material schedules, and ensure cost control and timely project completion. Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers and subcontractors, as well as preparing variation orders and negotiating with stakeholders, is also essential. • Manage full MEP project lifecycle from design to completion. • Provide technical design support for electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing, and fire‑fighting systems. • Review and interpret MEP specifications and contracts. • Lead and supervise on‑site MEP construction teams. • Redesign MEP drawings and material schedules to control cost and schedule. • Coordinate electro‑mechanical activities among clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare and negotiate variation orders with subcontractors and clients. • Ensure sustainability compliance, including LEED concepts. • Follow the company’s global environmental policy.

What You Bring
The role involves the complete lifecycle of MEP projects, requiring thorough knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing and fire‑fighting systems, as well as experience with sustainability and LEED concepts. Qualifications require an engineering diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, with a postgraduate degree considered a plus. Candidates should have 5–10 years of post‑qualification experience in a construction consultancy in India, strong technical skills, and excellent verbal and written English communication. • Hold an engineering diploma (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical; postgraduate qualification advantageous. • Possess 5–10 years of construction consultancy experience in India. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
