About the Role

Daily on-site presence overseeing CSA activities throughout construction and handover phases. Review and approval of ITPs, check‑sheets, and related documents are performed. Workmanship standards are benchmarked, QA/QC checklists are developed and converted to BIM format for individual assets. Assistance is provided for start‑up and commissioning protocols, including witnessing the commissioning of mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, piping, critical cooling, and fire protection. • Oversee CSA activities on-site during construction and handover phases. • Review and approve ITPs, check‑sheets, and related documentation. • Benchmark workmanship standards and develop QA/QC checklists in BIM format. • Assist with start‑up and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, piping, critical cooling, fire protection). • Interpret and apply design information; ensure compliance with local regulations and project‑management principles.

What You Bring

Fluency in Finnish and English is preferable but not essential. The role includes CSA inspections of data centres or other mission‑critical environments, with large‑scale projects and data‑centre experience favored. The candidate must be proficient in interpreting and applying design information, have a strong understanding of local regulations and project‑management principles, and possess strong IT abilities with BIM 360 and Google Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and a detail‑focused attitude are required. A team‑player with good interpersonal skills who shares a passion for improving quality of life and takes pride in contributing to transformative projects. Understanding the importance of teamwork is fundamental. A BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering is preferred, though a BTech or related field is acceptable. Extensive experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects is required, with data‑centre/technology project experience and background in consultancy, general contracting, or client‑side environments considered advantageous. • Preferably bilingual in Finnish and English (fluent spoken and written). • Conduct CSA inspections in data centres or other mission‑critical environments; large‑scale projects preferred. • Proficient with BIM 360, Google Suite, and strong IT skills. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; work independently, prioritize, and solve problems. • Detail‑focused team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Hold a BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or a BTech/related field. • Significant experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects. • Experience with data‑centre/technology projects and consultancy, contractor, or client‑side roles (preferred).
