About the Role

In this role you will support the company's sales and project‑management backend systems—including eLogistics, CRM, the project‑management platform, and O365 tools—while reviewing and optimizing costing and technical compliance for tender submissions. You will be responsible for designing and modifying vertical transportation solutions, coordinating material ordering to meet site schedules, and maintaining up‑to‑date cost information in the eLogistics system. • Administer and maintain sales, CRM, eLogistics, and O365 project‑management tools. • Review tender requirements and design vertical transportation solutions that meet site constraints. • Optimize costing and ensure technical compliance within submission deadlines. • Coordinate ordering to guarantee timely material delivery to sites. • Update eLogistics cost data with the latest supply‑chain information. • Engage with suppliers and factories to negotiate best pricing and technical equivalence. • Develop training materials and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. • Continuously improve system workflows to boost productivity. • Conduct price negotiations and perform cost evaluations.
