About the Role
In this role you will identify enabling projects required to meet contract performance objectives, define their scope and options, and manage delivery within budget, schedule, and quality constraints. You will review and enhance client systems, develop project‑controls templates and procedures, and validate outputs with client management to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery. Additionally, you will create recruitment and knowledge‑transfer plans, assess succession needs, and optimize essential supply chains supporting client assets. • Deploy and manage a full‑time Asset Affairs Support Enabling Services team. • Identify and scope enabling projects to meet contract performance objectives. • Develop and implement project controls systems, templates, and procedures. • Validate project outputs with client management to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery. • Create recruitment plans and knowledge‑transfer processes for client personnel. • Assess and optimize essential supply chains supporting client assets.

What You Bring
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with postgraduate or doctoral qualifications considered an asset. Project management certifications are mandatory, and candidates must have senior‑level management experience, at least 25 years overall and 15 years in a leadership role, along with excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Desired qualifications include strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools, experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems, and regional or international experience, specifically a minimum of eight years working in North America, Western Europe, Australia, or equivalent locations. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum); postgraduate degree preferred. • Possess required project management certification(s) and senior‑level management experience. • Minimum 25 years overall experience, with at least 15 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic knowledge a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other daily business tools. • Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Regional and international experience, including at least eight years in North America, Western Europe, Australia, or equivalent.
