About the Role
The role involves delivering customized digital solutions for oil & gas clients, interpreting PFDs and P&IDs, creating and linking comprehensive data repositories, and managing project documentation and data across greenfield and brownfield projects. Responsibilities also include planning, scheduling, monitoring activities, reporting to stakeholders, and conducting data analysis with smart tools while transitioning data from systems such as Livelink and SharePoint. • Provide tailored digital solutions to oil & gas clients • Read and interpret Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) • Create a comprehensive information database from client documents with linkages • Identify tags and compile a Master Tag List from collected documents • Link documents to relevant objects and capture associated tags and equipment • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities and report progress to stakeholders • Apply project document and data management for greenfield and brownfield projects • Perform data analysis using smart tools • Transition data from client systems such as Livelink and SharePoint • Lead large engineering teams on medium to large projects • Manage projects with robust governance and documentation • Secure new projects through technical expertise and pilot initiatives • Ensure team deliverables meet on‑time, quality, and productivity standards • Cultivate strong client relationships and conduct RCA on escalations • Maintain regular communication with direct reports and hold team meetings • Set a positive example for the organization
