About the Role

The WearKraft Regional Parts Manager drives sales growth and expands market penetration for crushing and screening wear and spare parts across the Western United States and Canada. Serving as the primary commercial and technical liaison, the role supports the dealer network and end users in the aggregates and mining industries, ensuring strong relationships and strategic sales execution. Key responsibilities include managing and growing part sales, developing a territory sales plan to meet revenue and margin targets, onboarding new dealers, and strengthening existing dealer relationships. The manager also provides technical and application support, conducts on‑site visits and training, maintains accurate CRM data, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer issues while monitoring market trends. • Grow sales of rock crusher wear and spare parts in the Western U.S. and Canada. • Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals. • Recruit, onboard, and strengthen relationships with new and existing dealers. • Provide technical recommendations and wear‑optimization support to dealers and end users. • Conduct on‑site customer visits, training sessions, and troubleshooting. • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records of activities, forecasts, opportunities, and dealer performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends within the territory. • Maintains strict confidentiality of sales and marketing information.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a GED or diploma with a minimum of two years of sales experience in manufacturing or machinery sales, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent time‑management skills. Preferred qualifications include a college degree, five or more years in the aggregates and mining sector, demonstrated knowledge of crushing and screening equipment, and proven CRM and sales reporting expertise. Travel up to 50 % of the time is required, along with a valid passport and driver’s license. • Minimum GED/Diploma and at least 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing or machinery. • Preferred 5+ years in aggregates/mining with knowledge of crushing and screening equipment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. • Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time; valid passport and driver’s license required.
