About the Role
• Achieve the annual LV sales target. • Collaborate with EPC contractors and PMC during pre‑tendering to define specifications and preferences. • Promote LV switchgear, emphasizing digital products and IEC 61439 panel solutions. • Generate orders to meet CP targets. • Plan daily activities, schedule opportunities, conduct order win/loss analysis, update SAP, perform CACO analysis, and use the knowledge portal. • Apply expertise in low‑voltage and medium‑voltage product ranges to customer sites. • Conduct sales promotions such as IPTs, product demos, presentations, and seminars. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers within the territory.

What You Bring
The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics and 3–7 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage switchgear, techno‑commercial understanding of competitor products, good communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali is preferable), and the ability to manage time and customer relationships. • Demonstrate strong fundamentals of switchgear products and applications. • Possess techno‑commercial insight into competitor offerings. • Exhibit professionalism, perseverance, and strong communication/presentation skills in Hindi and English (Bengali preferred). • Manage time effectively and nurture customer relationships.
