About the Role

As the on‑site expert, you will lead installation and maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and continuously develop your technical knowledge to provide innovative solutions for customers. The role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving and ensures safe, compliant operations. Based on‑shore at various customer locations, you will support remote operations, handling tasks such as BHAs, rig‑up, and rig‑down while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to work in a variety of environments is essential. • Manage projects to completion and provide updates to internal and external customers • Deliver technical guidance and advice to customers and wellsite colleagues • Analyze system data to resolve complex wellsite problems • Verify work to ensure successful delivery and sign‑off of objectives • Provide onsite support for remote operations, including BHAs, rig‑up, and rig‑down • Apply methodical problem‑solving to address complex customer issues
