About the Role
• Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists while managing the digital model environment and project‑level deliverables. • Work with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure, establishing server infrastructure and discipline models. • Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. • Provide technical support and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team. • Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction document issuance to ensure quality. • Mentor and guide team members while executing tasks autonomously. • Oversee development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP). • Establish and maintain the document management system and server infrastructure for multi‑discipline projects. • Ensure the team has appropriate software versions, access, and training to meet project requirements. • Generate and maintain model setup, including coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, sheets, and general models. • Monitor and enforce company standards and model health. • Host Digital Delivery coordination meetings with the Digital Design team to ensure optimal quality control through design reviews and 3D coordination. • Communicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange processes at predetermined milestones. • Perform project archiving at submittal and closeout stages. • Engage in effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients. • Mentor staff to develop their skillsets. • Provide guidance to Project Managers to support project needs. • Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads to provide support and guidance.

What You Bring
• Preferred: Experience with WTP/WWTP/PS projects in Revit. • Technical degree or equivalent education and experience. • Minimum 5 years in digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years in digital delivery (model management). • Comprehensive understanding of discipline relations and building system operations. • Advanced proficiency in 3D design software, document management infrastructure, and 3D coordination tools. • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office and communication tools. • Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, specifications, and basic automation/programming for efficiencies. • Experience with 3D design software add‑ins, supporting applications, and content creation/management concepts. • Superior client service, communication, and presentation abilities. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to serve as first‑line technical support. • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership traits. • Organizational skills to prioritize technical support requests and project work.
