About the Role

The Community Sales Manager supports daily operations of the sales centre and receives training and mentorship from the Area Sales Manager or Director, VP of Sales & Marketing. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service to existing and prospective buyers while upholding professionalism and respect. Key responsibilities include driving the sales process, maintaining CRM records, developing lead‑generation plans, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate leads. The manager greets prospects, delivers personalized presentations, provides product and community information, and ensures compliance with HOA deeds, school districts, and community covenants. Additional duties involve weekly home walks, conducting customer update calls, coordinating community team meetings, maintaining show homes and signage, creating competitive analyses, supporting advertising plans, and delivering monthly sales reports. The manager also assists with negotiations, conflict resolution, and timely escalation of issues. • Drive the sales process and meet or exceed business plan targets. • Register prospects in the CRM and ensure timely follow‑up via phone or email. • Develop and implement lead‑generation plans and nurture stakeholder relationships. • Conduct weekly home walks, customer update calls, and community team meetings. • Present product, HOA, school district, and community covenant information to buyers. • Maintain show homes, signage, and marketing assets to company standards. • Perform competitive analyses and support advertising and promotion initiatives. • Prepare monthly sales performance reports and assist with negotiations and conflict resolution.

What You Bring
