Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for community properties.

About the Role
• Provide routine, corrective, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders. • Perform make‑ready tasks and assist with unit turn events. • Maintain and clean exterior grounds, breezeways, and common areas. • Service swimming pools and keep accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA and EPA standards, and keep a well‑stocked, safe maintenance shop. • Assist with hazard communication, inventory monitoring, and record‑keeping for service requests and preventative maintenance. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties. • Deliver excellent customer service and enforce community policies. • Ensure proper use of equipment and economical resource utilization.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Basic computer skills for on‑site software functions. • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Ability to climb ladders, lift 100+ lb objects, and work in confined spaces. • Capability to operate machinery, power tools, vehicles, and golf carts. • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights for on‑call emergencies. • Reliable transportation for emergency on‑call situations.
