About the Role
The work group supports the client’s campus through comprehensive management of upgrades, maintenance, and campus‑wide technical services, ensuring smooth business operations. • Enforce ABM safety standards on all projects and service work. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Collaborate with facilities, administrative teams, and stakeholders to align goals. • Identify and implement improvements to project management processes. • Perform data analysis, generate progress reports, and maintain as‑built documentation. • Coordinate project activities with daily campus operations and institutional priorities. • Lead special projects and develop program guidelines and timelines. • Track and evaluate program metrics, recommend process improvements, and report issues. • Draft communications and prepare summaries for leadership. • Build relationships with campus and external partners, gathering feedback. • Provide technical and operational support for daily project activities. • Conduct research and prepare reports for review. • Coordinate resources across campus and external partners to ensure project success. • Utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office suite to analyze and present data.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience) and preferably a PMP certification. A minimum of six years of comparable project‑management experience, strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required. The position is full‑time, benefits‑eligible, and located in Santa Clara, Northern California. • Read and interpret design drawings; apply knowledge of national, state, and local installation codes.

Benefits
