About the Role
The role supports project and assistant engineers by ensuring works meet scope, quality and compliance requirements. It involves performing Mace validation checks alongside trade contractor inspections and supporting temporary works and safety procedures to deliver a safe, consistent, high‑quality site. • Inspect structural works for compliance with shop drawings, specifications, and standards. • Verify materials against approved Material Inspection Requests (MIRs). • Process Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs). • Manage snagging and de‑snagging activities to maintain project quality. • Apply comprehensive knowledge of UAE structural codes and authority requirements (ADM, DMT, ADCD, etc.). • Perform structural integrity checks and coordinate with other disciplines during commissioning. • Identify and report deviations from approved drawings and specifications. • Manage inspection schedules and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment ensuring everyone goes home safe and well. • Client focus: own the quality of deliverables, build long‑term client relationships, and deliver on promises. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and inspire people and teams to develop and excel.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Understand Abu Dhabi authority prerequisites and approval processes for structural works. • Hold a diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering with strong mixed‑use development experience. • Have at least five years of UAE PMC or supervision consultancy experience. • Possess knowledge of construction methods, the FIDIC Yellow Book, and practical engineering application. • Be proficient in MS Office and QA/QC tools; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
